Ingredients:
- 60mL Truth Spirits Scarlet Gin
- 30mL Lemon juice (Fresh is best)
- 15mL Simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 1 (~30mL) Egg white (Optional)
- 3 - 4 Raspberries (muddled)
- Ice
- 45mL Soda Water
- Garnish: A few berries or a twist of orange peel
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
- Cocktail strainer
- Muddler
Glassware:
- Highball glass or tumbler
Preparation: Please do not put the soda water in your shaker that would not end well! Instead, add all ingredients except the soda water to your cocktail shaker. Top it with ice, close it, shake it vigorously, and then strain it over your glass.
