  • Share your "truth" by filling out the entry form with your thoughts or reflections.
  • Each unique submission will enter you into the draw to win the Truth Family.

Promotion Period:

  • All entries must be submitted by [End Date] at 11:59 PM AEST to qualify.

The Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive the full Truth Family, a premium selection of our finest spirits, with a total value of $265.

  • The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. Introduction:

    • Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entrants must comply with these Conditions to be eligible.

  2. Eligible Entrants:

    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.

  3. Promotion Period:

    • The promotion commences at 12:01 AM AEST on [Start Date] and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on [End Date]. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  4. How to Enter:

    • To enter, visit the Truth Spirits website or our social media pages and submit your "truth" through the designated entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.

  5. Prize Draw:

    • The prize draw will take place at 10:00 AM AEST on [Draw Date] at the Promoter’s premises. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner.

  6. Prize Details:

    • The winner will receive the Truth Family, valued at $265. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  7. Notification of Winner:

    • The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and will have their name published on the Truth Spirits website and social media pages.

  8. Prize Claim:

    • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the draw. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, a redraw will take place.

  9. General Conditions:

    • Truth Spirits reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    • Truth Spirits is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any technical error, that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion.

    • Truth Spirits and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, or personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

    • Entrants' personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Truth Spirits Privacy Policy. Entrants may access their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

    • The promoter is Caruso Brothers Distilling Pty Ltd (ABN 64 654 659 597) of 187 Murray Street, Tanunda, SA 5352, trading as TRUTH SPIRITS throughout Australia, Licence Number 57623100, henceforth referred to as the Promoter.
