Ingredients:
- 60mL Truth Spirits Grain Vodka
- 15mL Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa if you wish)
- 30mL Fresh espresso, cooled
- 10mL Simple syrup (or to taste)
- Garnish: Coffee bean or two
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
- Cocktail strainer
Glassware:
- Martini glass or similar
Mixology Magic: Now, not everyone is a complete coffee snob and may not have an espresso machine at home, so if that is the case, some cold brew syrup will make a fair substitute (please do not use instant coffee). Add all of your ingredients to your cocktail shaker, top with ice, close it, and shake vigorously. Strain it into your selected glass and garnish with a coffee bean or two.
